Be-Witching

Gotta LOVE this card!!! the witch shoes are made with the Top Note die for the big shot!  So easy!  Cut a circle from some DSP and the Seasonal Sayings stamp set.  Just use scrap paper for the legs!  Also uses the new Essentials Paper Piercing Pack. I think I put this card together in about 15 minutes!  Perfect for the "Witch" in your life (LOL)!!!

Wonderfall Page

Can you tell I am ready for Fall???  I'm dying to get out my fall decorations and pray for cooler weather!!!

I worked on this page today for my stamp club group that meets in a few weeks.  It uses the new Wonderfall stamp set and Autumn Accents leaves die for the Big Shot.  It also uses Crumb Cake cardstock, Everyday Expressions (retired) DSP, and the Typeset Alphabet Bigz die also for the Big Shot.  The pictures I took of my boys when we were a Grant's Farm last year (I'm a little behind).

More Paint Chips!

I had scraps left from the other card I made, so I had to use them!!!

This card uses a couple of green and purple paint chips and cherry cobbler CS as an accent color.  The faux ric-rac is made using the SU scallop edge punch.  The pieces left over from punching are used for the ornament strings (Can't waste anything :))  The stamp set is Delightful Decorations and the SU ornament punch is also used.  I love the way it turned out!  It looks so modern looking!  I will probably be using this in one on my upcoming classes!

Pinterest Inspiration!

I saw a set of cards on Pinterest the other day using paint chips for the Christmas trees!  They were too cute!  I had just been at Home Depot the other day and picked up a few, so I sat down to see what I could come up with.  I really like the end result!

The background is Bashful Blue CS and I used Not Quite Navy ink to distress the card and snow at the bottom.  I also used that color for the dots of paper and small ornaments cut out with the new punch in the holiday catalog.  I used crystal effects and dazzling diamonds as well.  This may be finding it's way into an upcoming class....

Paint Chips!

Don't throw those old paint chip samples out!  Both of my clubs this month have done a project using a paint chip.  Here's another card I did a few years ago with a green paint chip and the Lovely As A Tree stamp set!

I Love MDS!

Especially when it comes to doing projects like this one!  This is what they call "Subway Art".  I have been making these from time to time in My Digital Studio for the holidays.  It is SO easy!!!  

I have had this one ready for when Walgreens had a free code and today is the day!  I plan to have this printed in an 8 X 10 and put it in a nice black frame.

Nice Masculine card

 This is a nice card for fall and to give to men.  It uses The new Wonderfall stamp set out of the Holiday Catalog, the Autumn accents die, and the new coordinating Woodgrain embossing folder.  It also uses the Apothecary Accents and Wacky Wishes hostess set.  I threw in a paint chip I had laying around my craft room.  Hope that you like it!

Halloween is closer than you think and you can get a jump on your making your Halloween cards now, that way you don't feel so rushed when October rolls around.  This is made with the spiderweb embossing folder for the Big Shot, the Monster Munchies stamp set (Available in the Holiday Catalog TODAY!), and the ghost is made out of the owl punch (TOO Cute!).
