FAQ's

1.  How much money do you make?
You make 20% commission on what you sell..  There is a volume rebate when you sell over $400 or more in a month starting at 5% up to 20%, depending on sales.  That is in addition to the 20%.

2.  How much do you have to sell?
You have to have $300 in sales per quarter to stay active.  Quarters are Jan-Mar, April-June, July-Sept, Oct-Dec.  You do not have to host workshops, parties, and shows if you don't want to.  If you just want to join up to buy things for yourself and friends, that's fine, too, as long as you meet the sales for the quarter.

3.  How much does it cost to get started?
The Starter kit is $199 +SH and Tax.  Check it out here:  http://www.stampinup.com/us/enu/10764.asp  Check out the Independent Demo Form and the Starter kit form for more info.  You can pick the stamp sets and ink colors you want in your kit.  If you do decide to sign up, I will help you fill out the forms.  I do have to sign them before they go in the mail.  You get a lot in the starter kit.  It's valued at $400!

4.  Are there sales incentives?
There are sometimes free stamps as sales incentives for selling so much.  There is a Program call Great Rewards that when you sell $1000 or more in a quarter you accumulate points to spend in the Great Rewards store for stamps, supplies, and other SU Stuff.   $1000 = 1000 points, and so forth.  You get to be the first to get in on the sales and new sets.  IE:  I have already purchased new sets at a discount that will be in the new catalog 3 weeks before they were available to the public.

5. Is there support?
I do have a couple of videos you could watch about joining SU! and holding workshops if you would like to borrow and watch.  There are not any meetings that you have to attend, but if it will help you I can meet with you to help you when you need it.  My other downline just contact me when they need help.  There are also many websites and blogs on the net that are full of ideas for SU products!  You get the use of the Stampin' Up! Demo website for ordering, ideas, and support.  There is also a Stampin' Up Magazine that will come to you every month by mail that is full of ideas.

6.  Why should I join?
It's a lot of fun!
You get to meet new people!
You get to show your creative side.
The one thing I love about SU! Is that all the materials coordinate.  Paper, ink markers, ribbon.  And when you really think about it, it's about the same as Michael's or any other craft store.
